1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Our partner Logistics offers reliable shipping services. To ensure consistent delivery performance, we have added an extra 1–3 business days to the standard delivery estimates – this helps us handle order volumes and avoid unexpected delays.

Below are our updated delivery timeframes (from the date your order is shipped):

3. Important Notes

Business days – All delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday). Weekends and national holidays are not included.
Customs & Duties – For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Address changes – We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched. Double‑check your delivery address at checkout.
Our items may be fulfilled from overseas warehouses (e.g., US, EU) when available – this will be indicated at checkout.

4. What if my package is late?

We always do our best to meet the estimated times, but occasionally delays happen. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the maximum estimate, please contact our support team at boobash003@gmail.com (replace with your actual email) and we will investigate for you.
